Whoop’s Women-First Blood Panel Pushes Wearables Beyond Recovery Scores

Whoop is expanding beyond wearable recovery scores with an 11-marker blood panel focused on women’s health. It measures AMH, progesterone, thyroid antibodies, leptin, B12, folate, magnesium, and more, pairing lab data with the app’s sleep, strain, and recovery metrics.

Alongside the test, a new Hormonal Symptom Insights & Predictions feature models menstrual cycles, predicts period windows, and flags irregularities. Results are categorized as optimal, sufficient, or out of range for faster decision-making.

Women are Whoop’s fastest-growing user base—up 150% year over year—and they use the company’s AI assistant 30% more than other segments. Competitors such as Oura are racing to add similar features.

The launch underscores a broader trend: wearables are turning into full-stack health platforms with lab integration, AI modeling, and personalized coaching.

Enterprises should expect employees to demand tailored insights, better privacy controls, and tighter integration between medical data and corporate wellness programs.

Hitman Technologies can help evaluate where biomarker data fits into automation, compliance, and benefits workflows so you’re ready for the next wave of women’s health innovation.
