Ed upgraded my iMac from 8.5 to OS X, then later after numerous
attempts to get help from SBC to install DSL, Ed installed it and moved
everything from AOL to SBC for me.

When my computer crashed, I didn't know where to turn until a friend gave me Edward's name. He is extremely competent and very professional in the way he conducts himself. Let it be known that Eddie Uken is a tech god! I knew he was good in high school...that's why I entrusted our flock of Mac G3s to him (they were top of the line back then, believe it or not). He not only kept them running--despite daily abuse from two dozen yearbook staffers--he managed to crank out an amazing yearbook CD-ROM on them...the first in Mission San Jose High School's history. But little did I know that five years later, he would resuscitate my home computer, saving it from the junkyard, and saving me hundreds of dollars and untold aggravation. It was a Gateway, and it was a disaster.

My husband had downloaded all manner of weird stuff, and it was infected with so many viruses and whatnot that it didn't even turn on anymore. My husband had made several attempts to fix the problem, but no luck. We were ready to chuck it and buy a whole new computer when I thought of Eddie...and he graciously offered to check it out. Miracles of miracles, he fixed it. I'm not sure how he did it, but it works, better than ever, actually, and we're very happy. Thanks Eddie.
