To annhilate bad computer customer service everywhere. Hire me when your local computer superstore has failed you. My contracts are always one-on-one. I'm a personal provider. None of this remote fixing nonsense. And respect is paramount in my business. My job is not to belittle you, but to carry out whatever mission you have provided me with, whether it be fixing a printer, showing you how to use Apple's iDVD, Adobe Premiere Elements, or installing a wireless network.
